- We’re like a big family:
Working at Zest4 really is like being part of a big family. Everyone is supportive of one another, there’s a real team spirit, and everyone genuinely feels that they are working towards the achievement of something special.
Information and success stories are shared on a weekly basis so the whole team is kept up-to-date with the latest developments and this certainly creates a high level of morale and a team of dedicated employees.
- Everyone’s opinion counts:
As well as feeling like they’re part of a family, our team appreciate the fact that their opinions are valued. Everyone’s suggestions and ideas count, whether it’s a big idea for the future or something small that can make a big difference.
- Everyone can influence change:
Everyone’s role at Zest4 is different but everyone has the ability to influence change that helps grow the business. Our team all feel they have the autonomy to make quick decisions and be dynamic within their roles, which has a very positive effect on our customer service and helps keep the business moving forward.
- Everyone respects one another:
The main thing that our team love about working for Zest4 is that everyone has total respect for one another. Everyone approaches one another with same professional and friendly manner that they approach our customers and partners with. Everyone respects each other as equals and appreciates the roles that everyone plays.
On the rare occasions that things don’t quite go according to plan, there’s absolutely no sense of blame. The whole team quickly pulls together to remedy the issue and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
