JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Service Operative

Reports to: Senior Service Manager

Department: Operations

Hours of work: 09.00am – 17.30pm Monday to Friday

SUMMARY

We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual to join our customer service team. Zest4 offer a full range of communications products and solutions via a network of Channel Partners across the UK. We pride ourselves on providing unparalleled levels of service to our partners and customers enabling them to manage their communication requirements.

The underlying objective of the Service Operative role is to support our channel partners across the UK to service and administrate the telephony solutions connected via Zest4.  The role is centred around working on our busy Service Desk, answering telephone calls, emails and working with internal and external portals. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be confident talking to a wide variety of Partners, Customers and Suppliers.

This position would suit a hard-working and enthusiastic person who is looking for a varied role with a real ability to progress within a growing and exciting business. OBJECTIVES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer first line queries from Partner and Customers
  • Management of in-life changes with various networks
  • Management of tasks with Self-Serve Portal
  • Raising CRM cases and passing to the correct departments
  • First line billing queries

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as training will be given. We require the candidate to have good organisational skills along with strong verbal and written skills. The candidate must also be confident on the telephone and must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

WORKING LOCATION / ENVIRONMENT

No special requirements. The Individual will be based at Zest4 offices at 50 Alderley Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 1NY, and will be required to work normal office hours 09.00am – 17.30pm Monday – Friday.

Some out of hours work may be required occasionally.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Connectivity & Cloud Channel Business Manager

Reports to: Head of Sales

Department: Sales

Hours of work: 09.00am – 17.30pm Monday to Friday

SUMMARY

The role requires a self-motivated experienced Connectivity and Cloud Channel Sales Specialist. The main objective of this role is to achieve sales targets by supporting channel partner sales across the Zest4 connectivity and cloud portfolio. This is coupled with identifying potential and new products to enhance the existing product base.

You will be responsible for managing partner accounts and recruiting new partners for Zest4 and maximise the potential of the existing client base. You will build strong relationships with partners and understand their key requirements.

Channel Managers are targeted on a monthly basis with achievable but challenging targets.

A measurable proven track record and performance in Channel Sales with speciality in Connectivity and Cloud solutions sales is essential. Must have experience in the ISP/Telco space, specifically Ethernet/MPLS (Telco Ideally).

OBJECTIVES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achievement of monthly recurring revenue sales target
  • Achieve sales targets by selling connectivity and cloud solutions into the SME & Mid-Market channels via channel partners
  • You will recruit, set and manage objectives, coach and provide mentoring to your channel partners
  • Identify emerging markets, products and competitor analysis
  • To manage pipelines and provide accurate forecasting logs for opportunities on via our CRM system
  • Support partners to evaluate large customer requirements from initial discussion to close

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to support the achievement of monthly sales targets
  • Deliver against set targets, key business objectives and individual KPIs
  • Work closely with the channel sales team and other internal departments, providing feedback on various aspects including price trends and competitor activity.
  • Produce weekly / monthly sales reports including sales forecasting
  • Maintain fully up to date records within the business CRM
  • Create and deliver successful partner training, presentations and proposals – (At all levels)
  • Support other solutions specialists in closing specialist sales outside of their speciality.
  • Keep up to date in the market place / Industry in which Zest4 operates

Relevant Experience

Essential:

  • Demonstrable experience in the competitive new business communications industry
  • Demonstrable achievement of sales targets
  • Extensive channel sales experience

  • Enjoy working as part of a team and within a target driven environment
  • Extensive experience in the ISP/Telco space, specifically Ethernet/MPLS (Telco Ideally)
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Extensive knowledge of all basic network services and mobile telecoms packages and own specific product speciality
  • Solid sales skills including lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting and closing
