Log a Fault

If you’re experiencing issues with any of our Cloud or Connectivity services, you can use this method to log a fault to our support desk.

Once you have completed and submitted the fault form, you will be sent a PDF summary via email. Please ensure you save the attachment then upload it to your support ticket via the Zest4 Customer Portal.
