In response to Ofcom’s publication of its “Statement and Notification on Protecting Citizens and Consumers from Mis-Selling of Fixed-Line Telecoms Services” (the “Ofcom Guidelines”), we have produced a Zest4 Code of Practice document to protect your rights in this area.
