As we step into a new year, I wanted to take a moment to speak directly to you, our Partners, and reflect on what we achieved together, and more importantly, how those achievements are designed to support your growth.

Throughout the last year we have delivered a stronger operational foundation. Behind the scenes, we overhauled our CRM. This wasn’t just an internal improvement; it was a Partner-first decision. With accurate, shared visibility across the team, we can now deliver structured, proactive plans for every Partner. We completely redesigned our website, inside and out. It’s now easier for both existing and prospective Partners to understand what we offer and how we deliver. More than that, it’s become a central hub for the channel, housing ready-to-use collateral across our portfolio to help you sell more, faster.

We successfully supported Partners through the complexities of network-wide 2G and 3G switch-offs. These transitions are challenging, but our role is to ensure you’re informed, prepared, and protected so you can guide your customers with confidence.

Incorporating EE into our portfolio was a major milestone. We were also awarded BT Wholesale Mobile Partner of the Year for our EE proposition, reinforcing Zest4 as the go-to partner for EE wholesale in the channel.

With Vodafone, O2, and EE available under one roof, you can now offer three major UK networks on a true wholesale basis: One supplier, one bill, and flexible 30-day contract terms.

Our nationwide IoT roadshow brought full product specifications directly to Partners, face-to-face, across the length and breadth of the UK. Alongside this, we launched incentives, including our Jonathan Palmer Race Day, which continue to reward engagement and momentum.

Our cloud proposition delivered strong growth across the Partner base, providing your customers with solutions that are quick to deploy, reliable, and scalable, helping you unlock recurring revenue and long-term value. (Including our 8×8 offering, designed for modern, flexible communications)

Operationally, we invested heavily in internal training. Every member of the Zest4 team, not just CBMs, is now fully conversant across our entire product and service range. That means whoever you speak to, you’ll get the right answers, straight away.

We also launched PCI Compliance into the channel, taking another step towards our long-term goal: to be the wholesale provider that gives you everything you need in one place, so you never have to look elsewhere for the support, services, or expertise required to achieve your ambitions.
