ADSL Assured

Converged voice & data

ADSL assured is a dedicated specialist broadband product designed to support IP Voice services.

Levels of assurance are based on the number of concurrent calls your business needs to carry across the connection:

  • Assured 5 - Provides the ability to carry 5 concurrent calls across the connection
  • Assured 10 - Provides the ability to carry 10 concurrent calls across the connection
  • Assured 15 - Provides the ability to carry 15 concurrent calls across the connection

We have the ability to check the number of available channels at your location and will recommend the right solution for your business. We offer an additional remote assurance whereby we test the circuit before it is handed over.

Assured ADSL is a great cost effective solution for businesses with between 5-30 employees who are looking to make savings on their telecoms expenses and utilise new technologies.

But is every provider the same?

We don’t think so! Getting stuck in long support queues, dealing with overseas call centres, or even staff that don’t really care about your issues is just not good enough.

We are able to create a wide range of solutions that meet the needs of even the most demanding voice subscriber or service provider.

Ethernet in the First Mile

Leased line speeds at a fraction of the cost

Fault tolerant bonded copper pairs providing up to 35Mb/s symmetrical internet access.

Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM) is starting to get our customers excited, but is it right for you?

As business needs and requirements on internet access increase, traditional broadband solutions become limiting and eventually restrict growth and ease of communication. Broadband can offer great download speeds, but is often let down by poor upload capabilities and is very susceptible to regular dropouts caused by unreliable wiring.

EFM uses multiple dedicated copper pairs to deliver a reliable and fault tolerant service, more resembling a leased line. If any of these pairs “go down” then the service will rate adjust to a lower speed based on the remaining circuits rather than failing completely and taking your business offline.

So what do you get?

  • 2 to 8 dedicated pairs of bonded copper lines freshly installed into your property
  • Guaranteed speeds of up to 35Mb/s upload and download (based on distance)
  • Improved reliability and fault tolerance
  • 6 hour fault fix time through BT Openreach
  • Easy connection direct to your network 8 Public Static IP addresses
  • Rented firewall option
